Are all Dutch lessons online and one-to-one?

The individual lesson routes presented on this website are delivered live online and one-to-one. Corporate programmes may also be arranged for small groups.

Which Dutch programme should I choose?

Choose Dutch for Expats for daily life and broader progress, Professional Dutch for role-specific workplace communication, and A2 Inburgering Preparation when the integration exams are your immediate priority. The intake helps confirm the fit.

Can complete beginners start lessons?

Yes. Beginners can start with a structured foundation route. During the intake we check which teacher, lesson length and pace are most suitable.

Are the lessons personalised?

Yes. Lessons are adapted to your level, pace and goals within the structure of the selected programme. Specialist preparation, individual assignments or correction outside lessons are included only where the programme states this.

How much do online Dutch lessons cost?

Private and A2 Standard monthly plans start at €219 with a 3-month minimum term. Self-funded Professional Dutch programmes start at €799, and A2 Supported lesson blocks start at €679. Visit the relevant programme page for the full current options.

Can my employer pay for Dutch lessons?

Yes. Self-funded professionals can choose a published Professional Dutch programme. When an employer contracts training directly, we prepare a separate proposal based on the organisational requirements.

Dutch lessons should feel human.

Hi, I’m Wesley, founder of Talk Dutch Today.

Before starting the school, I spent 16 years in the Dutch Air Force and worked in international NATO environments. That taught me something simple: communication has to work when people genuinely need it.

Many adults already know more Dutch than they can comfortably use. They do not only need more grammar or vocabulary. They need structure, realistic speaking practice and the opportunity to try again with useful feedback.

That is what we build our lessons around: practical Dutch for daily life, professional communication and the moments when switching to English feels just a little too easy.
