Can I reschedule or cancel classes if I have a busy schedule or unexpected commitments?

Yes, you can cancel and reschedule the lessons bought in our online booking system by yourself. Make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Our flexible add-on package allows you to cancel and reschedule classes up to 1 hour in advance, ensuring that your language learning remains convenient and adaptable to your schedule. Cancelling and rescheduling up to 24 hours is included in the Package Deals.
